Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Executive, based in Kolkata. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders and purchase requisitions, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Other responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, maintaining efficient communication with the procurement team, and ensuring compliance with company standards and budget guidelines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management processes
• Proficiency in Procurement practices and strategies
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and suppliers
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Experience with supply chain or inventory management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Relevant experience in a similar role
