Purchasing Engineer

As a Purchase Engineer at Toshiba Transmission & Distribution Systems, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement processes for energy Transmission & Distribution solutions. Your responsibilities will include preparing RFQs, negotiating prices with suppliers, managing purchase requests, identifying new suppliers, and assessing supplier performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining price lists, coordinating transportation, and managing ISO documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement within the manufacturing industry. Knowledge of bought out items procurement and proficiency in MS Office will be essential for effectively carrying out your duties. Located in Rudrarum Village, Patancheruvu, Hyderabad, Telangana, you will report to the Manager of the Purchase department and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient procurement processes. Your attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and ability to maintain accurate MIS reports will be critical to your success in this position.,
