Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Purchases Executive. The Purchases Executive will oversee purchase management, handle purchase requisitions, and ensure the timely processing of purchase orders. The role involves close collaboration with procurement teams and communication with vendors to meet supply chain needs effectively. The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth procurement processes aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
• Proficiency in Procurement and related processes
• Strong Communication skills for vendor and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to work with attention to detail and a focus on timely execution
• Relevant experience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
