We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team at Nymbioz Biotech Pvt Ltd in JP Nagar, Bangalore. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for smooth organizational operations. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate prices, delivery terms, and quality standards.
• Raise purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of raw materials, consumables, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and plan purchases accordingly.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly and develop strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure uninterrupted supply of critical items.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all procurement activities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Supply Chain / Materials Management.
• 1–2 years of experience in purchase or procurement, preferably in the biotech, pharma, or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and purchase documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
