Responsibilities

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, FSSC 22000, HACCP and cGMP standards requirement.
• Supporting Regulatory, Certification and Customer Audits to QA
• Implementing of related SOPs and OCP of the department.
• Follow up and collecting Vendor Qualification questionnaires, Declarations, Nitrosamine questionnaire, Technical/Supplier Agreement, Assessment Report, Certificates and ISO audit related documents from vendors.
• Preparing Approved Vendor list and Vendor rating.
• Maintaining statements related to vendor qualification documents.
• Collecting data from Purchase dept and preparing MRM documents.
• Supporting and attending Internal Audits.
• Updating Organogram and individual job description.
• Handling and updating of Edit form, change control and deviation.
• Updating training records of all respective personnel on the SOP related to purchase.
