Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for production and non-production items.
  • Create, review, and amend Purchase Orders (PO) in alignment with internal requirements.
  • Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) processfloating enquiries, collecting quotes, and comparing pricing.
  • Work closely with suppliers for negotiations, cost improvements, and timely deliveries.
  • Analyse Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accurate material planning.
  • Maintain purchasing records, ensure price accuracy, and support cost control initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Stores, Finance) for procurement needs.
  • Update and manage purchasing transactions in SAP MM (Material Management) module.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply-related issues.
