Job Description

As a candidate for the position, your responsibilities would include the following: - **Preparation of Road Permit Sheet:** - Compile and prepare all necessary road permit documentation for the transportation of goods to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - **Follow-up Regarding Dispatch Details:** - Communicate with relevant teams and external parties to follow up on dispatch details, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods as per schedule. - **Entry of Purchase Invoices:** - Accurately enter purchase invoices into the accounting system, ensuring completeness and correctness. - **Pasting Barcode on Stock Items:** - Affix barcodes on stock items to facilitate proper inventory tracking and ensure that stock movements are monitored and recorded accurately. - **Documentation of Purchase Invoices:** - Organize and maintain all documentation related to purchase invoices, ensuring that records are filed properly for easy retrieval and audit compliance. - **Writing Sales Detail in Respective Invoices:** - Ensure that all sales details are accurately recorded and updated in the respective sales invoices to ensure correct financial reporting. - **Doing A/P of Purchase Invoices:** - Resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices, including working with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely resolution. - Prepare and process supplier statements, ensuring that outstanding balances are reconciled. Your qualifications for this role should meet the following criteria: - **High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred).** - **Previous experience in operations, accounting, or logistics is preferred.** - **Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.** - **Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., SAP,) is a plus.** - **Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.** - **Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.** This job also offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid time off, and provident fund. You would be working on a full-time, permanent basis with day shift schedule. In addition, there are bonuses including a joining bonus, performance bonus, and yearly bonus. Please note that the work location is in person.
