Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage purchase planning, inventory management, and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure best possible pricing and terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-12 years of experience in purchasing or related field (FMCG/Pharmaceutical).
  • Proven expertise in strategic sourcing & vendor development, purchase planning & inventory management, supply chain coordination, negotiation & cost optimization.
  • B.Com degree from a recognized university; MBA preferred.
