Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers while negotiating contracts and terms.
Optimize inventory levels to meet production requirements and reduce carrying costs.
Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and pricing to drive continuous cost improvements.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure all materials meet required standards.
Lead, train, and mentor the procurement team to enhance efficiency and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement or purchase management, preferably in manufacturing, furniture, or modular kitchen industry.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.
