Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers while negotiating contracts and terms.
  • Optimize inventory levels to meet production requirements and reduce carrying costs.
  • Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and pricing to drive continuous cost improvements.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure all materials meet required standards.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the procurement team to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement or purchase management, preferably in manufacturing, furniture, or modular kitchen industry.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.
