Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end procurement

LED components, lighting materials, and PCBs
Identify, evaluate, and develop
domestic & international vendors
Negotiate
pricing, delivery terms, payment terms, and contracts
Ensure
cost control, budget adherence, and material availability
Coordinate with
production, R&D, QA, and sales teams
for material planning
Handle
purchase orders (POs), GRNs, invoices, and vendor payments
Ensure compliance with
quality standards, specifications, and timelines
Track
inventory levels
and avoid shortages or excess stock
Monitor
market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new suppliers
Ensure compliance with
company procurement policies and audits
