Support end-to-end execution of automation projects
Coordinate with PLC, electrical, and site teamsAssist in PLC integration, panel execution, and commissioningTrack project schedules, milestones, and deliverablesPrepare and maintain project documentation (drawings, reports, manuals)Support testing, debugging, FAT/SAT, and site activitiesCoordinate with vendors and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standardsProvide basic technical support and client coordination QualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics / Automation / Mechatronics Engineering1–3 years experience in industrial automation or project executionBasic understanding of project management fundamentals Technical SkillsExposure to PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, ABB)Basic knowledge of PLC programming, HMI, and SCADA systemsUnderstanding of electrical panels, wiring, sensors, and VFDsFamiliarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, etc.)Exposure to tools like TIA Portal, Studio 5000, GX Works, AutoCAD Soft SkillsStrong communication and coordination abilitiesGood problem-solving mindsetAbility to work in fast-paced project environmentsWillingness to travel to project sitesEager to learn and grow in automation technologies PreferredExperience in commissioning, FAT/SAT, or client interactionExposure to SCADA, IIoT, or data logging systemsBackground in manufacturing or industrial automation projects
