Significant experience in procurement and sourcing within the dairy industry or a related field. Familiarity with dairy products, supply chains, and market dynamics is crucial.
Procurement Skills:
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and prices from suppliers. He can develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers. Knowledge of procurement best practices and the ability to implement cost-effective strategies.
Cost Managemen
t: Demonstrated ability to manage and control costs while maintaining product quality and supplier relationships.
Continuous Improvement
: A mindset for continuous improvement, actively seeking ways to enhance procurement processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Good knowledge of the Commodities purchases, OPEX and OPEX, R&M.
Experience on Material Planning.
Exposure for Purchase of bulk Commercial, Lab Consumables.
Exposure for Purchase of Packaging Material.
Familiarity with SAP MM module.
Knowledge of market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry regulations.
Has experience of handling HR & Admin related activities.
Has experience of handling IT, computer peripherals and other service-related purchases.
