Job Description

Job Title: Purchase Incharge

Location: Ernakulam

Job Type: 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure availability of materials
  • Coordinate with stores and production departments for material requirements
  • Identify and negotiate with suppliers for timely procurement
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays
  • Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
  • Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality standards
  • Support in cost control and budget adherence

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement or store management (freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
