Purchase Executive(Off role)

Role & responsibilities Procurement Activities: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines. Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery. 2 Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain. Conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure adherence to company standards. 3 Cost Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings. Analyze market trends and monitor raw material prices to make informed purchasing decisions. 4 Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure procured materials meet required specifications. Address any quality issues or discrepancies with suppliers promptly. 5 Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the production team to avoid material shortages. Ensure optimal inventory levels to minimize holding costs. 6 Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier contracts. Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations. 7 Vendor Development: Identify opportunities for vendor development and qualification of new suppliers. Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualification: Any bachelors degree is preferred. Experience: 1-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing in a manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: Knowledge of raw materials, engineering components, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
