As an Operations cum Purchase Executive at NGCC Infratech OPC Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve overseeing procurement, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. You will be responsible for excelling in planning, coordinating, and optimizing purchasing activities while supporting daily operational tasks to enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure goods and services at the best price and quality. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock. - Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies. - Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure reliability and adherence to quality standards. - Coordinate daily operational activities and resolve issues to ensure business continuity. - Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Maintain and update operational records and reports. - Support cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives. - Analyze purchasing patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement and operational expenses. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. - Prepare reports on procurement and operational performance for management review.
