Purchase Executive/Engineer

As a Purchase Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our production forward by efficiently managing the procurement process. Your responsibilities will include: - Effectively placing purchase orders with vendors for required materials, components, and equipment based on project needs and timelines. - Identifying and onboarding new vendors to expand our supplier network and ensure a diverse range of options. - Building and nurturing strong vendor relationships to facilitate seamless communication, issue resolution, and favorable terms. - Utilizing your negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing and terms without compromising on quality standards. - Ensuring that all procured materials meet our quality standards and technical specifications. - Maintaining accurate records of all procurement transactions, including orders, receipts, and expenses to ensure precise bookkeeping. - Continuously evaluating potential vendors, tracking orders, and managing vendor relationships effectively. - Strictly adhering to our procurement processes and policies while also suggesting improvements when necessary.
