Job Description

Maintain and prepare related forms and registers w.r.t. PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances under factories act
Contract Labour management - look after absenteeism, grievances, check billing etc
Arrange Induction of new recruits and maintain its records
Tracking the performances of employees, carry out periodic appraisals
Arranging internal / external training by coordinating with trainers from time to time and maintain the training calendar
Preparing and maintaining complete database of employees
Leave Management - frame leave rules and ensure leave compliances from time to time
Vehicle management - periodical servicing and repairing, record keeping
Maintenance, Repairs, Records and Insurance - building, plant, machinery and Equipments
Monitor Housekeeping in company premises
Fulfill stationary requirements and other misc. purchases
Look after Employee Engagement activities
Monitor and implement HR Policies and Procedures and revise with the business needs
Accountable to take any other responsibilities given by the Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
