2. Evaluate suppliers based on product quality, pricing, reliability, and environmental practices.
3. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
4. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to get the best possible deals.
5. Ensure all supplier contracts follow legal rules and company policies.
6. Handle contract renewals and make necessary changes when required.
7. Work with the quality assurance team to make sure coco peat blocks meet required standards and specifications.
8. Solve any quality problems or differences with suppliers quickly and effectively.
9. Monitor and manage the full supply chain to ensure smooth and timely delivery of coco peat blocks.
10. Keep correct records of inventory, purchase orders, and shipments.
