Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source and procure raw materials, packaging, and other supplies required for bio-agriculture products.
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure optimal pricing and service.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Coordinate with production and R&D teams to forecast procurement needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform purchasing decisions.
Handle Purchase Orders, invoices, and delivery schedules efficiently.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Masters / Bachelors degree in agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Preferred candidates from bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, or organic solutions.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems SAP, Ivalua

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
