Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Scheduling of GA parts as per volume plan received from PPC.
Daily monitoring of shortage parts and ensuring closure to avoid line stoppages.
Follow-up with suppliers on material readiness, production status, and dispatch.
Monitoring Schedule vs. Supply and taking corrective actions for deviations.
Tracking In-Transit vehicles and ensuring timely unloading.
Processing internal price revision AN.
PO price correction and updates in SAP.
Supplementary PO checking and documentation.
Supplier due payment follow-ups with Finance team.
Inventory analysis and stock level monitoring.
Preparing and publishing MIS data (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
Ability to manage
600800 parts
and coordinate with
3035 suppliers
efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Operations
Good communication & supplier management skills
Hands-on experience in SAP (MM Module)
Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Data Analysis)
Ability to work under pressure & handle multi-supplier environment
Analytical & coordination skills
