Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Procurement Planning:

  Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals, considering quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

• Supplier Management:

  Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strategic relationships to secure the best prices and terms.

• Vendor Performance:

  Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

• Inventory Control:

  Coordinate with internal departments to ensure inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels to meet business demands.

• Negotiation:

  Lead price negotiations with suppliers to achieve maximum cost reduction and better terms.

• Quality Assurance:

  Work with suppliers to resolve any quality issues and ensure purchased materials meet specifications
