Position: Purchase Executive / Sr. Purchase Executive Required Qualification: BE/B.Tech. – Electrical /EC – MBA Relevant Experience : 3 to 7 years experience in Purchase Department (Preferred Solar Industries) Skills and Competencies: · Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques. · Talent in negotiations and networking. · Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software (SAP/ ERP) · Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers · Experience in collecting and analysing data · Strong leadership capabilities · Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff · Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills · Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects · Maintain of stock for individual projects. · Getting the stocks from the projects/sites and reconciling the as per the P.O and as used at sites. Responsibilities: · Prepare SOP for Procurement cycle · Knowledge of Import terms and foreign exchange rates of EURO & Dollars. · Managing the entire Procurement process for all our business. · Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships. · Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms. · Technical Procurement Lead for Electrical, Mechanical, Departments for our business units.
