DESIGNATION/ TITLE: Purchase Executive
Work:- Masjid Bunder office / Vendor visit
Experience Required: 2+ years
Offered CTC: up to 3 LPA
Industry: - Fasteners (Preferred)
Qualification- Post Graduate/ MBA (Mechanical Engineer preferred).
Office Timing - 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
Working days - Monday - Saturday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Process the purchase orders by liaising with suppliers or vendors
* Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, lead
time required for manufacturing, potential price increase, anticipation of new
orders from customers, supplier’s conditions
* Analyse market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material
availability
* Ensure all purchase are approved within mandated guidelines
* Quality check of all inwards material
* Vendor Management, bringing new prospectus vendor
* Ensure seamless integration with logistics/warehouse and customer service
* Checking the continuous flow of stock and up gradation in system in system
* Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
* Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
* Reports to be submitted as assigned to the authorised person MIS reports to
submitted to respective manager on regular basis
* Attend meeting on compulsory basis.
