1) PO Management- To generate Purchase Order while taking due care of Taxes, rates & TC. Issue PO as per BOQ
2) Communicate to project Team about the Product Delivery, , Installation and quality check3) Manage warehouse inventory4) Tie up with vendor on every item and database of the vendor5) Discover the trustworthy vendors & supplier6) Fair and good dealing with vendors7) Ensure the maintenance of all files to be updated at periodic basis with all Purchase related document , invoices , Purchase Order, and Delivery challan8 ) Familiar with all construction materials like Cements, RMC, steel ,Marble , Tiles and constructions machinery & CAPEX items9) Required Good Negotiation skill
