Job Description

Job Title: Junior Purchase Executive (Technical & Imports) About the Role We need a hard-working Junior Executive to handle our company’s buying needs. You will not just place orders; you will learn the technical details of the parts we need and manage the process of bringing goods from abroad (Imports). Your Main Tasks • Study the Parts: Talk to our engineers to understand exactly what they need. Research the technical details of machine parts before buying. • Import & Customs: Coordinate with Customs Agents (CHA) to clear international shipments. Make sure all import papers are correct. • Work with Stores: Check with our Stores department daily to see what is out of stock and order it immediately. • Negotiate Prices: Find new suppliers, get multiple quotes, and talk to vendors to get the best price and fast delivery. • Data Entry: Keep a clean and accurate record of all Purchase Orders (POs) in Excel or our system. What We Are Looking For • Experience: 1–2 years working in a factory or engineering company. • Basic Knowledge: You should know about GST, HSN codes, and basic import terms like FOB or CIF. • Computer Skills: Good at using MS Excel for data entry. • Eager to Learn: You must be curious to learn how our machines and parts work. Salary & Details • Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month. • Job Type: Full-time, Office/Factory based.
