Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and proactive Purchase Executives to join our team at a leading electrical company based in Thane. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in procurement, especially in electrical products and components, and must be capable of managing end-to-end purchasing operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure electrical materials and components as per project and inventory requirements
• Evaluate vendor quotes and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines
• Maintain purchase records and prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Coordinate with the store, accounts, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials
• Monitor inventory levels and plan orders to avoid stock outs or overstocking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the procurement process
• Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum experience in purchasing, preferably within the MEP & Panel Manufacturing industry .
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of electrical materials, components, and market trends
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Tally ERP is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate joiner preferred.
