Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Assist in procurement of lab consumables, medical equipment, reagents, and general supplies. Collect quotations, perform price comparison, and generate purchase orders (POs). Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and follow-up on pending orders. Maintain procurement documentation and purchase records in ERP/system. Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid operational disruptions. Support vendor evaluation, onboarding, and contract management processes. Collaborate with inventory, accounts, and warehouse teams for invoice matching and GRN. Monitor stock levels and raise replenishment requests. Adhere to internal procurement policies and compliance standards. Assist in monthly MIS reports and procurement analysis. Preferred candidate profile : Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., B.Pharm, etc.); MBA or Diploma in Materials Management preferred. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in healthcare/hospital/diagnostics procurement. Industry Exposure: Diagnostic labs, hospitals, pharma, medical devices, or healthcare services.
