Utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Supply Chain Management, Vendor Relationship Management, Negotiation Skills, and Construction Materials Knowledge, you will optimize supply chain processes and ensure seamless acquisition of construction materials. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire procurement process, from sourcing and negotiating to purchasing and quality assurance of construction materials. - Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms for pricing and supply agreements. - Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to ensure timely acquisition and delivery of materials necessary for construction projects. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data to facilitate effective procurement strategies. - Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to strengthen the procurement process and enhance efficiency. - Monitor and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project timelines and deadlines. - Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support project needs and drive successful outcomes. - Identify potential supply chain issues and implement cost-effective solutions to mitigate risk and enhance supply stability.
