Job Description

As a Purchase Executive in Delhi, you will be responsible for handling all the issues and daily activities of the department. Your main focus will be on taking initiative and efficiently closing the requirements/Indents related to Packaging Materials, Consumables, and General Items generated by user departments within specified timelines. Your key job responsibilities will include: - Developing vendors for printed packaging materials. - Purchasing Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Packaging materials, Electrical Items, and Machine Spare Parts. - Preparing and processing orders in a timely manner. - Handling departmental paperwork and filing tasks. - Following up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. - Forwarding daily bills to the accounts department. - Conducting vendor audits and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. To excel in this role, you should possess good negotiation skills and have a sound technical knowledge of General Items, Electrical Engineering Items, and Printed Packaging Materials. The ideal candidate should have a Graduation degree (regular) with 3 to 8 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry, preferably in sectors such as Pharma, Medical Devices, or Automobile.
