Job Summary:

Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end procurement activities for 3P Products, and other requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing in
SAP
.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate terms to ensure competitive pricing.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production, stores, and finance teams for seamless supply chain flow.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards.
Track procurement KPIs and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (in Supply Chain/Procurement preferred).
Minimum
2–3 years of relevant experience
as a Buyer/Purchase Executive in the FMCG sector.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
SAP (MM module preferred)
.
Good understanding of FMCG procurement processes and supply chain practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
