1. Handling end to end procurement process for Production items, Consumables & Facility related materials.
2. Regular follow-up with suppliers for pending material & review weekly pending PO delivery reports
3. Organize economical transport of material from suppliers
4. Maintenance of purchase records and authorizations
5. Maintaining all purchase transaction documents towards evidence of compliance for ISO 9001
6. Working knowledge of SAP and advance excel
7. Demonstrate knowledge of commercial terms and conditions and statutory compliances for purchasing transactions
