1) To report to RM & Maintenance Manager. 2) To start all ventilation system on schedule time provided by M. Mgr. 3) To start HVAC system on schedule time provided by M. Mgr. 4) To maintain log of electrical, water, gas, consumption on daily basis (opening and closing). 5) To repair minor civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and mechanical works. If materials and spares provided by M. Mgr. 6) To keep a regular check in kitchen and dining for no failures in any system. 7) To procure spares from market if cash provided by RMand M. Mgr. 8) To maintain record of the stocks of spare parts available and required on regular basis. 9) To maintain record of work done on daily basis and take sign off from RM before completion of shift timings. 10) To maintain log of all equipment temperature on daily basis. 11) After reporting on his shift to go on floor round both dining and kitchen. 12) To start and shut all system as per scheduled timings. 13) To maintain register of all equipment for their standard level. 14) To log complaints for all machines under AMC to the respective vendors. 15) To follow up with vendors for the works. 16) To maintain record of the spare parts replaced to monitor the warranty period of the replaced parts. 17) Requisition request to send to concern department for material required. 18) Proper handover to the other shift technician. § To report for duty punctually wearing appropriate attire § To be fully conversant with the geographical layout of the operation and to know the exact whereabouts of all equipment of an operational nature § To maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene at all times § Follow clean-as-you-go policy and always keep work area clean. § Sign acceptance for tools, knives, uniforms etc. and pay back to the company for any loss or damage of said equipment. § To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with units, RSC and all other departments and suppliers § To provide courteous, professional, attentive and efficient service at all times towards internal & external customers § To attend and contribute to all staff briefings and other related activities § To respond to any changes in the restaurant function as directed § Be willing and open to transfer across our formats as per work exigencies § Always be open to cross functional training/movement § To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned Be fully conversant with our Quality checks and processes, Health & safety policy, Food hygiene and safety, and Fire safety procedures
