About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management, negotiation, and supply chain coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and stay updated with the company’s procurement needs.

Identify and evaluate a minimum of 3 vendors for each requirement and coordinate with them.

Create and process purchase orders; follow up until order fulfillment.

Obtain management approval for purchasing contracts with new vendors or supplies.

Ensure smooth supply chain management and timely procurement.

Maintain vendor relationships and build new contacts to secure cost-effective deals.

Forecast demand and manage procurement accordingly.

Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and goods rejection as per QC standards.

Track and manage inventory, adjusting purchase planning based on trends.

Process vendor invoices and payments in coordination with accounts.

Generate MIS reports and maintain proper documentation of purchase contracts.

Conduct monthly stock audits with the production department.

Keep all related files, systems, and SOPs updated.

Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost savings in procurement.

Attend internal meetings to align with company objectives.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/purchase.

Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office & ERP/software-based purchase systems.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.

Candidates residing in PCMC area will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
