Purchase Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Candidate should have ability to research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers
• Able to compare different price product to know about correct market price
• Candidate should keep good ties with vendors and suppliers
• Should have the ability to negotiate appropriate contracts, keeping the price and supply in mind
• Keep tracking of inventory, delivery times and ensuring that they arrived at appointed time and date.
• Keep a database of different suppliers and vendors and the materials delivered by them
• Maintain the Purchase record in software
• Able to support audit related queries
• Get ledger confirmation on quarterly basis
• Up to date filling of PO’s Invoices and e-way bills
• MIS generation
• Should be able to collaborate with the financial team members to set the required budgets
• Keeps a well-organised collection of contracts for easy reference when needed
• Taking monthly stock from production department.
• Coordinating with accounts team for smooth transactions

Requirement -

· Any graduate or post graduate with minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchase department

· Should understand the supply chain procedure

· Ready to join Immediate or within 15 days

· Female Candidate is preferred for this role
