Purchase Executive- Fertiliser

Job Purpose

1. To work as procurement executive

Core Responsibilities

1. Sourcing of proven & potential Suppliers and development of new suppliers.
2. Candidate should have basic knowledge in Materials Mgmt. Practices with good exposure in procurement of goods & services (P2P) for Packaging Mtrls.,Consumables ,Mechanical /Electrical engineering (MRO) spares, energy/utility, capital goods, consumables, structural steel, pipes, fasteners, refractories, additives, flux, valves, pumps, compressor, gears, heat exchangers, STG Spares, bearings, gland, belt, conveyor, motor, mcc panel transformer, switch gear, capacitor, IT accessories & etc.
3. Segregation of purchase requisition & identification of Critical PRs
4. Floating RFQ and selection of right source for procurement of goods /services from OEM/OES.
5. Opening the quotation in front of purchase committee, proceeding to TBA & Negotiation.
6. Preparation of evaluation of Bid comparative statement /QCS.
7. Capable for undertaking negotiation with vendors for finalization of commercial contracts at minimum risk & exposure to the Company.
8. Processing approval /SR for getting approval from the competitive authority.
9. Creation of P.O in SAP & co-ordinate with seniors for release of orders.
10. Development of new vendors, Vendor Registration Formalities & Vendor Evaluation Techniques.
11. Preparation of MIS PR to P.O for necessary review & having presentation skill.
12. SAP literate with basic knowledge in SAP MM Module.

Analytical, self-starter, techno-commercial with excellent communication skill & should have adequate experience (at least 04~05 years) from reputed manufacturing Units with the ability to handle independently procurement activities i.e. engineering MRO items, BOI, Capital goods ,consumables, imported capex & spares, taxation ,negotiation skill , inbound logistics, vendor data base, documentation & etc.
