As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the sourcing and procurement of materials, tools, and equipment to meet technical requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and procuring materials, tools, and equipment as per technical requirements - Coordinating with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and finalization - Preparing purchase orders and tracking delivery timelines - Ensuring inventory levels are maintained to avoid shortages - Working closely with the production and engineering team to understand purchase needs - Maintaining vendor database and updating price lists - Verifying material quality and delivery as per specification To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Engineering or related field - Good knowledge of technical materials and components - Familiarity with purchase documentation, vendor management, and ERP systems - Proficiency in MS Office and purchase software - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Additionally, the company offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
