Purchase Executive Engineering

Job Description: You will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, tools, and equipment according to technical requirements. This includes coordinating with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and finalization. Additionally, you will prepare purchase orders, track delivery timelines, and ensure inventory levels are maintained to prevent shortages. You will collaborate closely with the production and engineering team to understand purchase needs, maintain the vendor database, and update price lists. It will also be your responsibility to verify material quality and delivery as per specifications. Qualification Required: - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Engineering or related field - Good knowledge of technical materials and components - Familiarity with purchase documentation, vendor management, and ERP systems - Proficient in MS Office and purchase software - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Additional Details: This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
