Position: Purchase Executive
Location: Bharuch
Department: Procurement / Supply Chain
Reports to: Operations Head
Key Responsibilities:
· Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services required for operations and projects.
· Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely supply and cost efficiency.
· Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation as per company policy.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse for timely replenishment.
· Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and service.
· Ensure compliance with budgetary and quality standards.
· Assist in cost analysis and procurement reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
· 1–4 years of experience in purchase/procurement (preferably in service or facility industry).
· Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
· Knowledge of procurement processes, GST, and vendor compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (if applicable).
