Job Description

Procurement Strategy:
Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for
chemical intermediate
,
speciality chemicals
, ensuring timely availability and competitive pricing.
Vendor Sourcing & Management:
Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with Chemical
manufacturers/ Trader/ Distributors
ensuring they meet company quality and regulatory standards.
Negotiate terms and pricing to secure the best possible deals.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
Lead negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with manufacturers. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and maintained.
Market Analysis:
Continuously monitor market trends, pricing shifts, and competitor activities to make informed purchasing decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Vendor Development & other:
Responsible for making PO, PR and New Vendor.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier performance
