Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Blocking incorrect Purchase Requisition and informing requesters on necessary corrections.
Floating RFQ and Preparation of price comparison sheet and Negotiation on Techno

commercial terms and finalizing the vendor for supplying materials.

Preparing purchase order & releasing the same and following up with the vendor for order

acknowledgement and on time delivery of goods.

Amendment of existing Purchase order depending on Requirement.
Handling the internal department Queries and Responding as per their need.
Responsible for Procure-To-Pay cycle and very confidently enabling smooth operations for

the region for my categories.

Involved in Vendor creation and Updating the Vendor.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Maintaining open PR reports and open PO reports.
Handling specific SAP transactions.
