Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Purchase & Dispatch Executive to handle complete procurement and dispatch operations. The role involves sourcing quality materials, managing vendor relationships, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring timely, accurate dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase:

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
Issue purchase orders and maintain up-to-date procurement documentation.
Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with vendors.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Ensure all purchases align with company policies and quality standards.

Dispatch:

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth and timely dispatch of goods.
Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and related shipping documents.
Track deliveries to ensure timely arrival to customers or internal departments.
Maintain dispatch logs and reports for internal tracking and audits.

Requirements:

12th Pass , Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Fresher or candidate with relevant experience in procurement and dispatch operations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience or exposure to manufacturing or logistics sectors (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with GST, invoicing procedures, and transport regulations.
