Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for chemotherapy consumables, Lab medical devices, and general supplies.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to optimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (Drug Licensing, NABH, GST, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships across regions.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

• Oversee centralized and regional procurement for multiple daycare centers.
• Coordinate with operations, IT and other teams to maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Implement demand forecasting models to avoid stock-outs and expiries.

Financial & Operational Efficiency

• Drive cost savings through bulk procurement, rate contracts, and vendor consolidation.
• Track procurement budgets, variances, and financial KPIs.
• Coordinate with finance for timely vendor payments and credit management.
• Implement procurement automation/digital tools for transparency and efficiency.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all procurement meets statutory, ethical, and company standards.
• Coordinate with quality assurance to conduct vendor audits.
• Maintain accurate procurement records for internal and external audits.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and oncology drug availability.

Key Skills & Competencies
