The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise combined with project management skills to oversee end-to-end project execution. As part of our growing startup, this role is not only about delivering projects successfully but also about building and nurturing a motivated engineering team aligned with our vision. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, supply chain, and quality) to achieve project milestones. Prepare project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and proactively resolve risks/issues. Support new product development (NPD) and custom engineering solutions aligned with customer requirements. Drive process optimization and cost reduction initiatives to improve efficiency. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a team-oriented, innovative, and problem-solving culture. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred). 4–5 years of relevant experience in project engineering or project management within manufacturing, automotive, or process industries. Hands-on exposure to product design & development, order engineering, or process optimization . Familiarity with project management software/tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (casting, machining, fabrication, or related areas). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and grow a team . Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle multiple priorities in a startup environment . Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) would be a plus.
