Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Design & Development Specialist based in Pune. The responsibilities include engaging in day-to-day product design, conducting user research, performing UX research, and applying design thinking principles. The specialist will develop visual designs, create prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionalities and aesthetics. Qualifications Product Design and Visual Design skills Experience in Design Thinking and User Research Familiarity with UX Research methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, or a related field Experience in the environmental technology sector is a plus Show more Show less
