Purchase & Billing Executive

As a Purchase Executive, your role involves acquiring necessary goods and services for the organization, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. You will be responsible for identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing the procurement process efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate contracts for favorable terms. - Procurement Process: Handle purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods. - Cost Analysis and Negotiation: Analyze market trends, pricing, and available options to secure the best deals while maintaining quality. - Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of purchases, supplier information, pricing, and contracts. - Reporting: Prepare reports on purchases, cost analysis, and supplier performance. - Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. - Quality Assurance: Ensure that purchased goods meet specified quality standards. - Compliance: Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. - Collaboration: Work with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
