Purchase Assistant

Job Description: As a Purchase Assistant at Raj Innotech Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in managing day-to-day purchasing tasks to support the company's operations. Located in Rajkot, Gujarat, you will be responsible for handling purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials essential for our water treatment, mineral water, juice turnkey, and carbonated soft drink projects. Your role will involve effective communication with vendors, negotiating prices, and maintaining accurate records of purchases. Collaboration with the finance and inventory teams will be crucial to ensure a smooth and efficient purchasing process. To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of purchasing processes and procurement practices. Your experience in managing purchase orders and dealing with suppliers will be valuable in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position. Strong communication skills will be essential as you interact with various stakeholders, while your excellent organizational abilities and record-keeping skills will aid in maintaining efficiency and accuracy in purchasing operations. Your knack for negotiating prices and terms with suppliers will contribute to cost-effective procurement practices. Additionally, familiarity with inventory management will be advantageous, although not mandatory. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
