As a Purchase and Stores Executive - Special Process, your primary role is to manage the acquisition of materials and supplies required for company operations, with a specific focus on specialized processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory management, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You will collaborate closely with different departments to understand their procurement needs, negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms, and keep accurate records of inventory and purchasing activities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage purchasing activities for special processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and supplies. - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices and quality materials. - Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and align purchasing strategies with organizational goals. - Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and stockouts. - Prepare and submit purchase orders, track order status, and resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to purchasing and inventory management. - Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed decisions on procurement strategies. - Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and inventory levels, generating reports as required.
