As a Public Relations Officer (PRO) at our organization located in Kochi, Kaloor, your role will involve building and maintaining a positive image for the organization. You should possess strong communication and networking skills to effectively manage media relations, client interactions, and brand promotion. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, media, and the public. - Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities. - Manage publicity campaigns, press releases, and social media presence. - Handle customer inquiries and ensure high service standards. - Organize and coordinate company events, promotions, and public interactions. - Monitor public perception and address brand reputation management. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 1 to 2 years of experience in Public Relations, Customer Relations, or Marketing. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage media relations, event planning, and promotional activities. - Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms. - Self-motivated with a professional and confident attitude.
