As a Public Relations Officer (PRO) based in Kochi, Kaloor, your primary responsibility will be to create and uphold a favorable image for our organization. You must possess excellent communication and networking abilities to effectively manage client relationships, media interactions, and brand promotion activities. Your key duties will include establishing and nurturing connections with clients, media outlets, and the general public. Additionally, you will represent the company at various events, meetings, and networking functions, as well as oversee publicity campaigns, press releases, and social media engagement. Handling customer inquiries to maintain high service standards, organizing company events and promotions, and monitoring public perception to safeguard brand reputation will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should ideally have 1 to 2 years of experience in Public Relations, Customer Relations, or Marketing. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively manage media relations, event planning, and promotional activities. Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms is necessary, and a self-motivated demeanor coupled with a professional and confident attitude will serve you well.
