Job Description

Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Positions Available: 02
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on skillset and experience)
Location: St. Xavier’s High School, KTPS, Koderma

Job Summary:
The Public Relations Officer will serve as the primary bridge between the school and its stakeholder community. The role involves managing admission counselling, parent communication, public relations activities, branding initiatives, front desk operations, and assisting with fee-related queries. The ideal candidate will uphold the school’s image and ensure smooth, timely communication across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle admission counselling for prospective parents and guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Manage parent communication, including notices, circulars, updates, and query resolution.
  • Oversee front desk operations, ensuring courteous and efficient handling of visitors, calls, and enquiries.
  • Support the school’s branding and public relations activities, including events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate fee-related queries and assist parents with payment procedures, receipts, and clarifications.
  • Maintain admission records, enquiry logs, and communication databases.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and documentation using Excel and other office tools.
  • Assist the management team in any communication or coordination tasks as required.
  • Ensure adherence to school policies while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.
  • Strong English communication skills—written and spoken.
  • Ability to handle parents and visitors with patience, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in school administration, admissions, or public relations is an added advantage.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience in schools preferred, though motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
