Public Relations Manager

As a PR Manager at our company in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in managing public relations campaigns and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies to enhance our company's visibility and reputation. - Creating engaging press releases, articles, and media materials. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. - Organizing and managing press conferences, interviews, and events. - Monitoring media coverage and preparing detailed reports on the effectiveness of PR campaigns. - Collaborating with marketing and social media teams to integrate PR campaigns with broader marketing initiatives. - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven 4+ years of experience as a PR Manager or in a similar role in the tech industry. - Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Creative thinking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Experience in crisis management and media relations is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of PR software (e.g., Cision) is preferred. Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shifts. The ability to commute or relocate to Kochi, Kerala, before starting work is preferred. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is also preferred.
